Do you think life would be better after twenty years from now?

I don't think so.. because if we talk about before 20 years then also we think.. that life would be better after 20 years.. and now 20 years passed.. and what will we get.. are you happy in present time.. i think.. no.. because in that time we faced many problems like global warming, terrorism.. etc.. so how we say that after 20 years the situations are best.. i think we only imaginations.. that things.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

No. life will not be better 20 years from now. Tech advances rapidly and costly. People become too dependent on the pampered life and when they get no signal on their cell phones they have a heart attack. Its reasons like this "Survivor" is so popular. they take the most obnoxious, most URBAN people and put them in the middle of the woods and they are clueless. Put a genuine Native American in that situation and i garauntee he/she will have a home in less than 3 hours. The earth will be blue and grey with buildings of concrete. I'm not so much for the whole technological movements.

Technology is not always a good thing, like you have said the resources will become less and less until maybe there is no more resources. Already we have to sometimes limit our water content because of lack of rainfall. We all need to do better when it comes to the environment. In twenty years, as odd as it sounds I would not mind if we kind of took a step back, maybe instead of a lot of technological devices we will have more farm equipment. I think the world relies too heavily on technology right now. Some things are good while others aren't, like printing coupons online are nice but then we're wasting more paper that way, but then again if we don't get the newspaper online coupons are the only way to get coupons. It's all kind of confusing to be honest.

Life would be at it's best after 20 years if the rates of technology development are higher than that of depletion of resources. Today we are in a state of depression, running out of everything. Let's hope that technology after 20 years will be much better than what we have now! :)

for me i would say that i 20 years from now my life will be better, i dont know with other people but for me yes i will. i will work hard for it and 20 years from now i will get a lot of money for retirement so maybe i can put up a business of my own, mortgage my own house and a car. and of course i already handle my own time that time so i can do a lot of vacation already.

unless humans change for the better, humans will always remain as humans. and there are good as well as evil in every human. these are the same humans that will drive the technology of tomorrow. life would be a lot better if this technology falls into good hands. otherwise, life will face another challenge after twenty years from now.

Dear friend, If those advancement are going like this I hope technology wise we may advance but the earth is full of impurities and this may increase we may need to buy fresh air to breath. In India where I live I could see that more corruptions and other criminal activities increase day by day.Moreover the environment is getting poisoned each day. I hope it would be really something very much difficult to predict. I do hope life would be better unless better methods to save earth and people are adopted properly.

I'm not really sure of it anyway. I don't think technology really make better life for us. I mean, just try to look the other way. Twenty years from now, global warming will get worse and disaster will come more frequent. Do you still think that life will get better?

Life would be better but we cannot be sure whether any kind of life may exist in our earth due to our own doings.So be good to nature and save nature for our future.

I dont know if it will be better in 20 years time, I just have this vision of the future which scares me, food will be gone, everyone will just be popping pills to get their requirements and stay the size that they choose to be. Everyone will have a gadget that does everything - call, check emails, turn the lights on and off, change TV channel, turn the heating up, tell you who is knocking the door - all in one gadget!! It might sound a bit extreme but if you think about it, phones can already check emails, you can have different apps for everything, it wont be long before you can do everything while your sitting in your chair. I often believe that people will become too dependant on technology and then when something goes wrong they wont know what to do. Its like the way people panic when there is a problem with their mobile phones, what would you have done £20 years ago, you would have found a pay phone, because you wouldnt have known anything different, but now some people have probably forgotten how to use payphones, so they just cant cope.

As you see our technology I believe that life after 20 years would be better. I like that if it would happen...
