Auntiescarf You should tell them, it doesn't matter who's at fault, you have paid for something that your not happy with. If you order from them again you should check the pizza before paying, then if your not happy tell them.

Auntiescarf Luckily I live in Wales so I also get mine for free, I think everyone should get them free, I dont understand why some people pay and some dont, some people cant survive without certain pills so I think there should be no cost for them.

Auntiescarf Im guessing by surviving travel you mean camping? Im going to be staying in hostels. Im going to be picking up the backpacks before I buy them because as you say, if its heavy when its empty then Im probably going to have problems when its full lol!
