Walking for Weightloss

I've been doing the Leslie Sansone "Walk for Weightloss" program and sofar have lost about 8-10 lbs. Has anyone else tried this program, and if so, how much do you lose and over how many days, weeks, months, or years?

I find it unbelievable that I will be driving on local, family street, sometimes maybe 5-10mph over the speed limit depending on the area (neighborhoods never fast, main streets then maybe a little) and a person will come up...
