Walking for Weightloss

I've been doing the Leslie Sansone "Walk for Weightloss" program and sofar have lost about 8-10 lbs. Has anyone else tried this program, and if so, how much do you lose and over how many days, weeks, months, or years?

Averiex I try to eat well and do the 1-mile walk in 15 minutes every night. Perhaps you are not eating enough? I make sure to eat all my calories. I also try to drink a gallon of water a day.

Averiex Yes, this was a real news story. And it was actually a woman that commited the crime; from what I remember, she kidnapped the lady and tied/beat her up, then stole the fetus, claiming it as her own. The news story is from quite some time ago, but I'm sure...

Averiex I agree, my mouth dropped opened when I heard this story. Apparantly, the killer herself was pregnant as well, and claimed the the stolen fetus was "her" baby. Family and friends did not understand how she had her baby SO quickly so they turned her in.

Averiex That's odd, but I have seen it lagg on just about every system/tv I have played on. There is just an initial weird delay. Oh well. I'm always going to be more of a SNES girl, if anything else.

Averiex Very interesting. My state, Massachusetts, is apparently -16% lower than it should be for housing. Crazy!
