Do you text and drive?

I text and drive too, and it scares me when other people do it -- even the safest of drivers. But I also think that in very little time it is going to become part of nature.. like a generation thing. I think we are going to evolve into doing more than just texting while driving. We play with XM radios while driving, or type in GPS-type things while driving.. I guess the cellphone isn't much different.

I do not have a car yet, But I'm pretty sure I won't be doing any of that. I don't want any accidents, especially because my insurance will go up =o

i don't drive... my hubby does... so there is no problem for me to text in the car as i am only a passenger... but i never let my hubby text while driving... it is either he asked me to help me to text or he will stop on the road side for couple of minutes to text before he continues to drive again... it is so dangerous and irresponsible to be texting while driving... it does not only endanger your life... but other people's life as well... take care and have a nice day...

yeah i do that alot and once i was thinking that what if i met with an accident i shouldnt be doing it but i still do :D!

i have done tat a few times myslf but it scares me a lot if som1 els dos tat i dnt trust any1 but me at the wheel anyway :D

i dont text while im driving, it very dangerous.. i always driving my car with my family so i dont do any mistakes that can make my family in trouble,,.. life is only once...

No I don't text while driving.. I drive while driving. If I hear the notify I have a text.. I'll wait until I am parked or if I am on a long trip I will look for an earlier exit and check things out then. Driving is serious.. my life and the lives of people around me are at risk. I am apalled that people would look to read a tiny display while trying to control a moving vehicle, and then attempt to key a reply. This is as bad as driving drunk.

Yeah, I do send text messages while driving but usually, it must be really that important for me to do it while driving. It happens rarely though but most of the time I'd just ask my sister to check messages and send them for me. You're right. I do get scared a bit as well when I attempt to text while driving and if my family is with me. I try to avoid it as much as I can. Take care and stay safe.

I do not drive but I text and walk, does that count? And the people that I got a ride from are too busy talking to me that they do not take a cell and text at the same time.

I do text and drive, but I don't get scared or worried when I do it. I don't have to even look at my phone when I text. I can text while looking at the road and then just read it quickly before I hit send. However, my boyfriend takes his eyes off the road for a too long period of time to text and it scares me so much. But luckily I don't have to worry about that anymore because he got this new phone that doesn't even have a keypad so he doesn't text with it while he is driving.

i do text and drive, i think it has become the normal thing to do these days. its a bad habit but it doesn't scare me nor does it scare me when someone else is doing it while they are driving
