Why do girls think looking sl*tty is hot?

It just gives me all the question-marks as to why girls would think that looking sl*tty would make them look hot? I mean, come on, if you're really hot, even if you're dressed in sack-cloth, you'd still be hot. Look at all the MySpace photos, it'll be rare for you to find someone there who posts a regular photo of themselves. Why do you think they think this way? Is it pure lack of attention?

maybe because its the trend... and most girls always wants to be 'trendy' because they think it makes them cool also. and we can also say peer pressure. if most of their friends are doing it, then they have to do it also. part to blame really on this one is the media and celebrities. look at the mtvs, singers, dancers, almost half naked...

Yeah, I guess these happens to women who have no confidence in their own self-image. They need to mimic others who are said the be 'cool'. Tsk.. sad sad thing.

Hi laydee, I think they do it because they lack of self confident. They didn't believe they can attract attention by being normal. And they prefer to be someone else. For me, you are valued by your thought and not your images. Only the predator will look for the body shape or facial.

I think it is because the guys respond in a more obvious way if you dress in a revealing manner. It is a lack of attention, no one ever told them that they were beautiful or taught them self respect is worth more than what guys think.

yeah it is. I never felt beautiful until I met my husband because I belived that I was just pretty, the male figures in my life never bothered to say other wise.

Because they see others do it and think they have to follow them when in reality it doesn't look good at all. look at all the models that dress sexy and stuff and they have no clue what affect they have on young teenagers.

Those are girls of desperation. They crave attention. They look like that so guys will look at them. Its like a sense of accomplishment to them.
