Johnny3xMayhem Hmm, if its hot around you, wear layers and drink alot of water, sweat like theres no tomorrow, yes its kinda gross but it works. Eat light and drink tons of water, sorta flush out your system. It should work.

Johnny3xMayhem Your options are: 1. Try for it, if its something that can be reached in life not fiction. 2. If you KNOW you cant, just stop. Find something small and go for it, you'll feel accomplished.

Johnny3xMayhem Facebook is safe, the only draw back with those public sites, is that your life becomes an open book if your not careful. And if you have a crazy ex, hope they dont find it, cuz I've had to block a few people due to their comments.

Johnny3xMayhem Well one main cause for hair falling out is stress. You just need to relax more and if it persists. then see a barber, they would know more.
