do you shy away from meeting new people?

Not too much. Before interacting a new person I usually want to know about that person. How we look into a profile before sending the request. Thats what I do usually lol.Like that I take some time to study the person then I will approach. It is not like shy, its just a sychronization.

hm...i don't know mostly i am shy too... i don't talk much to new people. But if i am introduced to them by my friends then i don't shy. But again, i think it depends on people you are meeting. Sometime i feel like really talking to strangers but sometimes i tend to be silent,even with people i am meeting time and again.

Yep im exactly like that. When i first meet someone i can be really quiet and shy. But as i get more comfortable with them, and get louder. With my close friends I can be really loud. It depends on my mood aswell, sometimes i just want to be quiet and listen to others, or want to be by myself. Others i want to be louder and enjoy being around all my friends.

Yeah, I do. I feel a bit tongue-tied when I meet new people. I end up making a fool of myself when I try to say something smart. :( Hence, I keep my mouth shut and dont talk. After a while I open up.
