I think you are just rating as to whether or not the content is helpful to you, if you know something about a site you can rate it, if you dont than it is just something thta you comment on and get paid for. YOu have to do alot of comments though in order to be paid. I think you can get paid for writing reviews if you have experience with differnt sites.

25% of your credits have to come from comments you post in order to be able to cash out. There are lots of well known sites on there. If you really don't know any on there. I'd suggest heading over to the people section of the site and reading the review of the person, then going to their blog or website and looking around, learn why the person is "online" famous. Comment about your take of what they say. It's not a sure fire way, but if you really learn about the person,it's not hard to put forth a good comment. Just make sure you use correct spelling and grammar, they are a bit not picky about that stuff.
