I am easy to sweat, there is a 15 minutes trip from my office to my home, I always get my company uniform totally wet. I admit I am fat and I walk fast, maybe this is the reason. I also like drink water a lot.
How about you? Guys. Are you easy to get sweat?

aha! i have the same problem! My office is like a 10 minute walk away, but in the morning specially when it's really sunny, when I arrive in the office, my face would be sweating heavily, and I would need a fan to help my body adjust to the temperature.. I really hate sweating.. my boyfriend have always said that I sweat like a man. LOL. though I think it really is genetics, my dad sweats like hell so all his children got it also..

yeah, i have the same situation. I am easy to feel hot and then sweat. As long as I do some exercise, even not much, in summer, I will have sweat running over my face.

No I dont, and im not skinny either!! If you uniform is totally wet id either advise not putting your uniform on until you get to work or maybe seeing your doctor there is things that can be done for extreme excessive sweating.

Hi, I believe that normally, sweating is an effective way of reducing our body temperature. I am not a heavy man but I do easily sweat when walking in a hurry or working in a room with temperature of around thirty degrees. The sweat just trickle down my forehead and I have to wipe them out from time to time, or sweat will run into my eyes. And it can really be an awful journey. But as far as I know, excessive sweating can be symptoms of some disease, such as infections or overactive thyroid gland.

My hus perspires a lot...even in a normal room temperature he sweats....it is not a good sign...because it dehydrates his body...I always tell him to drink lots of water to escape from dehydration...
But over sweating is bad for health...I suggest you consult a doctor...

I am skinny but like you I sweat a lot. Even for a short drive. Yeah its in the nineties around here but I even sweat and have hot flashes in cold buildings sometimes. Its got to be genetics for me though because my mom is the same way.

I do not think I am easy to sweat. I do not excirise that much and I do not have to walk long distances. I usslays sweat the most when I got hot form being in the sun.
