jojorv Aside from exercise, it is also best that you drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Washing your face after exercise is also necessary.

jojorv in one of your conversation, make up a story about another friend who have underarm odor. exaggerate the story in such a way it will make an impression that having an underarm odor is funny and embarrassing. this way your friend will become conscious.
