Have you faced the problem of proxy server???

This post is to increase my knowledge in this matter, and also to warn all the online earners. Few days back, i got my CPU formatted, after that i had to signup at all the ptc sites with my username and passwords, otherwise my pc remebered me and i got my member's home directly. Now few days i used the sites...jills click corner, 5cent minimum, and global cash clicks, and after 4-5 days all these 3 sites declared me as cheater becoz of using proxy server...now i don't know what exactly is proxy server and whose fault it is..either it is the problem of the service provider, or it has happened due to my formatting....i don't know why such punishmnet from he sites, for the mistakes which even i don't know how it occured. OR...should i think that these sites are themselves cheater, as i had refferals at these sites, and was reaching payout at all of them...becoz rest of the sites are all working well...like donkey mails, no-minimum etc are all good....and i am using same server for them too...can anyone sort out what the hell this problem is ????
