it is cheaper to learn in USA as it offers a lot of scholarships for the students. If you could get a scholarship you need not pay any tuition fees which reduces the total money needed for college by huge margin even then you would require a assistantship to pay for your stay or some part time job. It is better to do your post graduation from ther. After graduation you have chance of a nice salary in part time and also the time you will be spending there is less.

The BEST place to study depends on what your area of interest is. It is therefore not accurate to identify a single best country to study. It is well-known that India is good for medicine, UK and Ireland for dentistry, other parts of Europe specializes in engineering and so on. So, before you choose which country to go to, you need to consider your interest and your budget.
You also need to check out various universities and select one that meets your needs. Good luck, hope this helps a bit.

You're already in your third year? Well, good for you. Yeah, Singapore is a good place to study too especially at the National University of Singaport (NUS), probably the best in Asia. It is ranked one of the world's top universities. Hope you'll achieve your ambition and study abroad at the university of your choice :)
Cheers!

I would choose to study abroad in the south of France. I am currently studying the French language and so would love the oppurtunity to be immersed in it, as this is the fastest way to learn a language. Living and studying in France would also mean that I could travel easily throughout the rest of Europe and could even go to Switzerland or Italy for a long weekend.
Another reason for studying in France is that my father has cousins who live in Paris and its always helpful to know people in a new country.
I also am interested in working later on in life (once I complete my degree) as a foriegn diplomat in Europe. Many of our New Zealand consulates in Europe are all located in Paris, so studying in France could help my chances and will look good on my cv.
