I like the food grilling smell! Do you?

It is a bit funny I guess that I don't eat meat but still love the smell of grilling. LOL I will make the boys chicken and burgers and hotdogs on the grill. I will also make my daughter and I soya burgers and tofu dogs. LOL If we are driving and pass a place that is bbqing I get hungry for it. We were at a parade on Sunday and parked by one that was selling hotdogs and I bought the boys some and they thought they were awesome.

Hi mermaid, :) I skipped my dinner and as I read your discussion, my stomach started to make noise.. Lolz Yeah I love the smell of something grilled.. Hohoo I like to have a grill with pepper sauce and some oregano.. I once had it during some new year's bbq at a friend's place Oh and I prefer sausages or fish instead of red meats Most people like to have coke or lemonade with the bbq, I prefer iced tea with mints.. Yes but not often because eating always grilled foods would not advisable because of the carcinogen on it coming from the charcoal and heater underneath the grilled foods...

Chicken and fish is the one i like most when being grilled. But you tend to forget again to include a photo on your discussion . Well anyway it is a nice topic. I do want to experiment on grilled clams, but, ahhh maybe my stomach is not yet ready for that.

I love grilled foods for now we limit it because it the chance of getting cancer is very high. Now that colon cancer and some cancer in the stomach is very common because of the bad food that we are eating. Grilled food can cause cancer if you can avoid eating it remove the burned part because it contains carcinogen. Sometimes it is too late when you don't have symptoms in early stage and it showed up when it is too late. Early detection is very helpful together with a good diet to avoid it.

Yea, I feel the same way. :) I just love BBQ, it smells good, taste good, I do a lot of BBQ with my friends by the time when I was at college. We rent a grill at camp place, buy some meet or beef or fish, also some vegetables, we even grill mushroom! The spices we took by ourselves, by the time we grilling, ummmm.....I love them!

I love the smell of grilling food! Yum! Nothing quite makes you drool and make you hungry as much as that. I love to go out into my backyard and grill stuff up. I don't do as much as I used to in the past. I love to do chicken, ribs, steaks, hamburgers, etc. There's something so enticing about the smell of grilling foods that makes it doubly hard to resist! i cannot smell food grilling or cooking most of the time because of my permanently stuffy nose. my hubby however, loves to grill food (even in the winter) so we eat a lot of bbq'd foods just because its easy (less pots to wash) and i think its healthier.

The smell of grilling always brings back memories of when I was a kid. I love grilling...not just the smells but the actual food too LOL There's something about grilling that just makes the whole atmosphere different then cooking in the kitchen. yum grilled food is great. the smell helps you really enjoy grilled foods. beef and chicken is great on the grill. the only problem is that i dont like the feeling of the smoke in my eyes. after a while they start to irritate, probably from the ashes and stuff.

That always happens to me. I smell the neighbors grill going and I have to have grilled food for dinner. We were gonna have spaghetti for dinner but now I think I'm gonna make my husband grill up some kielbasa and hamburgers.

We use our grill quite a bit in the summer, It just gets to hot to turn the oven on, and you can make just about anything on the grill.

I don't like all grilling smell but i like barbeque smell alike you.When i smell babeque i want to eat immediately.I don't like the seafood smell grilling.

I love the smell of food. I always find it to be more tasting when it's on the grill, compare to when it's on your plate. But when it's on your plate, it gets to go in your mouth and be even more tasty! lol.

I simply love the smell of charcoal. It may sound crazy, but I think it is just the charcoals that I really enjoy. It doesn't even matter what the people are cooking on the grill. Of course, if my neighbor is using his gas grill, I like the smell of the food he is cooking as well. But I really love the smell of the coals. And if someone puts some hickory wood on it, or apple wood, or something like that to flavor the food, it makes it smell even better. Hmmm, this discussion is making me hungry. LOL

I would have to agree- the smell of food grilling is the best! I find that I can grill no matter what the weather outside-- hot or cold. As someone said above- once I smell grilling going on in my neighborhood, its quite irresistable not to grill dinner for myself...lol. My favorite to grill is corn on the cob and wrapped steaks;)
