What do you like dipping your tortilla chips in? You know something other than salsa. I like dipping my chips in Manwich as an alternative to putting the mixture on the bun. Do you like dipping them in anything unusual?

I like to mix salsa and refried beans, top it with cheese and heat it in the microwave to dip my chips in. A friend of mine has a wonderful dip: spread cream cheese on the bottom of a large dish that's about 1" deep. Chop up onions and bell peppers, mix with a can of chili and pour on top of the cream cheese. Add a thin layer of canned green chilis, mild or hot according to your taste. Cover the mixture with cheese of your choice and bake about 15 minutes till hot. Yummy!

That sounds really good. I'll have to make that sometime. I'm not a big fan of refried beans though. I would just leave them out.

That almost sounds like a variation of making layered taco dip.

I love dipping my tortilla chips in melted velveeta or cheese whiz. Sometimes I'll even combine the sala and the cheese or cheddar cheese in a bowl and heat it up like that. So yummy!
