Can happiness be bought?

Happiness is enjoying yourself. When you have good times at bars or restaurants, when you don't have to work 24 hours a day, when you're at the beaches on summer and in the mountains in winter and many more. All these needs money and all these makes us happy. So what happens when you have no money? You work all the time to have money enough to buy food for your family and you don't even think of enjoying yourself. So what you think? Does money make people happy? :)
