I guess you'd say "The Women" takes the term "chick-flick" to a whole new level since there isn't a single male in the entire movie unless you count the baby born at the very end. Don't worry, I didn't give anything away by mentioning that...lol! If you haven't heard o fit, "The Women" is about four very close friends who discover the husband of one of them is having an affair with "the spritzer girl" - a perfume saleswoman at Saks. It stars Meg Ryan as the wronged wife, Annette Bening, Jada Plinkett Smith and Debra Messing as her three friends and Eva Mendes as the "other woman. Candice Bergen, Cloris Leachman and Bette Midler are also featured. I found it to be very entertaining and well acted but definitely from a woman's point of view.
Who here has seen it and, out of curiosity, are there any men here who have seen it and if so, what did you think? Did any of you women here manage to get your husband or boyfriend to watch it with you? I know better than to eve try with mine...lol!

I've never heard of it and my movie buff husband hasn't either. And, boy does he watch "chick-flicks". The first date we went on he made me watch "First 50 Dates". Talk about a chick-flick LOL.
