Do you think teachers are wonderful?

If you are in the education line, do you teach because you need to work, or do you teach because it's a 'calling' for you, or a passion to make a difference to your students lives?If you are NOT in the education line, have you ever had a teacher you admired for his/her dedication for you?Well, for me, I have had a teacher that I remembered. Most of the times, I just forget their names or even their faces, because they just teach, for the sake of teaching. But for her, she cared for me when I was failing all my subjects, and even pleaded to the Principal to let me to be promoted to the next level in my school during my teenage years. I am thankful for that, if not I wouldn't be here today. What about you? Do share!:)
