I would like to get my kids to eat eggs. They won't eat them by themselves for breakfast (scrambled, omelette). I'm trying to think of some ways to get them to eat eggs with recipes that call for eggs like casseroles for dinner. I have made quiche in the past and sometimes they will eat that. Any other egg ideas?

You can try to make scramble eggs and add some type of meat that the kids will enjoy such as somoked turkey sausage, hotdogs, bacon, deli meat, ham etc. If it is the taste of the eggs that they dont like, the meat will do a pretty good job at taking the taste away due to their strong taste. Im not sure if they like vegetables but I actually like to chop tiny bits of onions,green or red bell pepper, and a bit of garlic and then i scramble with the smoked turkey sausage from butterball. It is actually pretty good tasting.
Another idea is to bake it with some home fried potatoes as a casserole.

French toast. The bread is soaked in an egg mixture then cooked. After it is cooked it doesn't look like eggs, it just looks like bread. We eat this like pancakes, with syrup, butter, jelly or jam. French toast is often served topped with powdered sugar. Good luck!

Talk about kids being weird...When mine were little I decided to make bisciuts from scratch one day. My son didn't like them, he wanted the "regular kind". (canned)
If the frozen french toast is made with eggs then I guess they are still getting the nutrition you want them to have.

French toast uses eggs. try frittatas, egg burritos.
Make it fun. What if you dressed up your eggs so they looked like people. The egg is the belly. Sausage pieces could be the arms and legs, a 1/2 peach with some raisins for a face and home fries for hair would make an interesting breakfast.
Or let them cook their own eggs.
I make pizza omelets with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Throw on some pizza sauce and they might eat that.

Do your children like tuna? If they do, then you could fix some tuna. Boil some eggs and mash them up into the tuna. They will not be able to taste them but they will get the eggs their body needs. You can also mix up egg and put it in soup too.

Is it the taste they don't like or the look? I guess you could introduce eggs to them by having chicken and then telling them if they like that then they would probably like eggs. I make omelettes for my kids and I let them put stuff in them like bacon or cheese or peppers, let them create something, that might help.

You can use eggs in meatloaf as a binder.
Some baked mac and cheese recipes call for eggs as a binder.
Cinnamon French Toast
Ingredients:
* 1 egg
* 2 egg whites
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* dash nutmeg
* 8 slices French bread, sliced on diagonal
Preparation:
In a shallow bowl, whisk egg and egg white until foamy. Whisk in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Have warming drawer heated or heat oven to 200°.
Heat butter in heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Dip 4 slices of bread in the egg mixture, turning to coat thoroughly. Let excess drip back into bowl.
Place coated bread slices in hot skillet. Cook, turning, until both sides are nicely browned, about 2 minutes each side.
Transfer to a warm plate and keep warm in oven. Repeat with remaining bread and egg mixture. To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Serve with maple syrup.

I'm going to college soon so I've been trying to make as many things as possible so I don't starve. (I'll be moving states away so no help form mom)
Lately I've been working with eggs. Try egg salad sandwhiches, deviled eggs, or something less obvious, like tossing chopped up eggs into macaroni salad.
I don't get your kids. I love eggs.
