I know some of my friends spend a lot of time walking around in the shops selling really, really, pricey fashion dresses. They like to buy too when they find some thing they can afford. But, atleast, they enjoy looking and touching those dresses, just for the sake of enjoyment. Do you enjoy doing so too ? Do you often buy pricey fashion dresses ?

No, my favourite 'label' is the one which says 'sale' or 'reduced'. I do like to window shop sometimes but I wouldn't even set foot in a shop that sold "exclusive" pricey fashion items. I know I could never afford to buy them and, even if I could, I would consider it a waste of money to pay hundreds just for one outfit.

I don't buy expensive dresses.though I would love to own designer dresses,I can't afford them now.I am more into vintage clothing.most of my dresses are from vintage stores.I love that I am the only person with that item.I feel confident because I know I wouldn't run in to some other girl with the same dress as mine.

Agree with you about the vintage clothing. Although I've never bought vintage clothes myself I still prefer to have a individual look with a hint of the latest fashion. I think it's better to be yourself then follow the crowds. Where I live there is no where to buy vintage clothes so you'd be spending extra to travel to the nearest town so it's still expensive.

I do not tend to spend much money on the clothes now adays as i am alot older now and do not tend to go any where nice to wear them.I tend to spend all my time and money on the bills and the children and if the children need clothes i get them in a very good sale and none of the clothes are disigner.

Only when the dress is so amazingly beautiful, it's irresistible. I have a couple of pricey dresses in my closet, but only take them out and wear them for special occasions. The casual dresses I buy are fairly cheap, from stores such as Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe.

Well if you can afford it..why not? They are very beautiful, nice and better quality. They are most of the time worth it and you cherish them. Price doesn't really matter to me..I look more at the dress so I have bought expensive dresses and not expensive dresses.

So far I have no pricey dress in my closet. Though I want to buy those cute fashionista dress out there my budget would not allow, so I just swallow my desire and go on with my life by buying affordable outfit.hehehe. But someday of course if my wallet allow me to splurge to designer clothes, why not.

The only time I would spend a huge amount of money on clothes is when it's a piece that will a long time. By this I mean that it is more of a classic fashion design so that it still looks good 3 years later and that the quality is excellent so that it still looks new in 3 years time.
Personally I cannot justify paying a huge sum of money for something that I might only wear once or twice.
How many of you have bought expensive clothes that you wear once and then they just sit in your wardrobe?

I go for pricy dresses very rarely unless I am tempted with the colour and design of it and wear it for special occassions. In normal days, i do wear not so costly dressess which is of a good quality and reasonable rate

when i can afford to buy it and if i really feel i have to buy it for a particular occasion. i spend something for a pricey dress if i am attending something important on a special occasion.
other than that, i only go for the cheaper ones. it is not always how much the dress is but it is how u carry the dress. a cheap dress comes out nice and better with the proper accessories u wear to match it.

No, not a lot, but it has happened when I have run into something I really loved, or needed something for a special occation. But I really prefer to buy things that I can wear over and over again and mix with many different things, and dresses don't usually fall into that category...
