Most of us like to drink coffee. That's including me. I drink coffee every afternoon after I come home from my workplace. The coffee gives me the new energy to continue my day. I don't drink it a lot because I know something too much is not good for my body. Especially coffee contains caffeine that can make someone addicted to it. How about you? Do you know another advantages and disadvantages of drinking coffee?

The good thing is it gives energy and helps you wake up. The down side it that it degenerates the bones and is addicting. I've also heard that pregnant women shouldn't drink coffee because of the caffeine. Nevertheless, coffee is a great drink and can warm up any afternoon

I like mixing it with hot coco ( the kind with the tiny marshmallows). I also like french vanilla coffee creamer, and don't let me get started on cappucinos! MMM.....YUM! I gotta go make some now!

I like to have a black coffee on lazy mornings. It keeps my brain awake and be ready to start daily tasks. I also like to have milk coffee during my work hours to keep myself refreshed and awake. The problem is I don't want to get addicted to coffee. Sometimes I take tea for a change. I think tea is less addictive compared to coffee.
