working from home -- YOUR CHOICE? or NO CHOICE?

I do this for a part time basis only. But if I have a choice, I would choose to be working at home so I can see my child grow up. But it seems that I am not earning enough to make me stop from working at the office. So, what I earn online would just help us make the ends meet. It really helps, because I can pay my bills like electricity and internet, using my earning online.

it's been 3 years, and only on my spare time, it's a lie if i said i don't like the money. you go online anyway, so why not get extra from it. i still have my off line job. so, for me it's fun and i like the extra $$$ that come with it

Hello again, I don't have computer at home so I just steal time from work (which is not good) to take a glimpse here in Mylot. So in that case, I am not working at home, but in office. I am trying to earn few bucks because I want to buy my own laptop someday. Hope I can be able to buy in a nick of time. I have to have a $425 dollar. That is my goal. on the other side, I am having fun here in Mylot, of course everyone of us. Internet is making a big value with ourlives, it becomes our necessities because of online opportunity. I have worked from home, but not always at home for the past 30 years. Now I am semi-retired so just work with my computer most of the time. I am a therapist, and still see the odd client now and again, but have reduced my workload these days. - Derek

I choose to work from home! I could return to my job any time I want or need to! But that was working 50 hours a week in a dirty job that I had been doing for 16 years!!! 3 years ago I left my job which was working on cars and decided to work from home trading shares online! I did this for six months or so, then we were offered a business which we could operate from home easily. Friends of ours were moving overseas and made us a deal that we could not refuse! I then got out of the stock market just as it was starting to drop and we started selling health food related products online from home! 2 years later and my wife and I are still doing this. It is great because I get to spend more time with my wife and children, who are growing up really fast!! My time spent here at Mylot and other online programs is just for fun and a little play money! This is a great question, thanks for starting it! :-)

It is my choice it's just an extra amount of income, it's not a long time to spend either because some programs actually earn the money for you by getting referrals plus their fun like mylot and you make friends

Working from home is another means of earning to which it is an option from my full time government career. It is not a choice but a hobby which integrate my writing skills and at the same time earns from it while free from work. It would be pleasant to hear if you could earn extra income while at home aside from the fixed income you received monthly.

I'm still trying to find great ways to make a full time income from home. I make a little here and there will a few sites but it's not much.

I've been working at home for the last 6 years. Before I became a freelance writer, I was an investment banker in a high-stress job. I chose to change careers because I love writing. I also love the freedom of being able to work when it suits me.

I am trying to work from home for multiple reasons: To be more accessible for the kids, for fun & to make money. My boyfriend works full-time and has 2 children but has custody of only 1. I myself have custody of my child. He has visitation with his 2nd child which I am babysitting daily free of charge so that he doesn't have to incurr any daycare charges as he is already paying child support and had told me that as long as I am with him I don't need to go out and work. So this works out for both of us especially if I can make a little extra money from home.

i wish i can ge a fulltime home internet job.that is my dream.... now i am doing mylot..but because i have no job.so i dont have a choice.

At first I started doing it out of choice because I had fulltime work outside the home, but now since I have medical problems that make it hard to keep a job I do it out of necessity. I just wish I would have perfected it more before I actually needed it.

i just got my internet connection just few months back. i guess that was april. i dont know much about earning online. but my best friend told me how to and where to find it. and she is the one who told me about mylot. i am already a member of mylot community 2 years ago but because our internet connection got cut off. i was not able to do mylotting for so long. but now that i have this connection again. i cannot live without mylotting. and my other earnings sites are a great help as well. but mylot help me in so many many ways. jhelai

I think with me, it is a little of both, as I have chosen to work online as I have no choic because of my age. I really don't mind working online though as I am making some money, albeit not a lot but over time, it will add up. I haven't found a lot to do, but what I am doing is yeilding me pocket change mostly, but hey, it is more than I started with and that is how I look at it. With the economy being the way it is, money is the name of the game, so if a person can find just one thing that will work, then I say go for it as I am sure we all need money. I know I do. I am on a fixed income, but it only goes so far, and is usualy gone before the month is over, so that is how bad it is for me. I am just glad that I have found mylot as by finding it, I have found other sites as well, and ones that have paid me a few times too. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I have only started working from home a few months. Mailnly to have some extra money. I have had some success with it because I have been paid several times. The amount is small but its a good start. Now I am putting more hours in it hopefully to make more. My target is at least $300 a month. If I achieve that then I will be quite happy. This target is set for 2 months from now. Wish me luck!

Since I am disabled, I can only work from home. Now, though, since my husband lost his job, I want to make more to help out my family.

I take so many credit hours and I have so little time of break that I simply do not have time to work outside of home. It's impossible for me.
