The Diabetics Diet

There are mainly two types of Diabetes: Type 1 is insulin dependent, whereas Type 2 is not. Both these disease elevate blood sugar levels; however Type 2 is not a disease to a persons immune system. people with Type 2 Diabetes can control the disease, and in cases they can even reverse it. They may do this by combining exercise with appriapriate dietary habitats, and suitable weight control.

I´m sorry but I don´t see a discussion here. Just facts that are widely known. I thought you were doing to post some ideas for a diabetic diet. The title is misleading I suggest you read other people´s posts and answer them before starting posting your own. And while you are at it, read the site´s rules too. Welcome to mylot.

Well, elevated blood sugar levels can be treated and controlled by appropriate lifestyle changes and healthy food habits. Diabetes is a pure lifestyle disorder. People never realise what they have got till their blood sugar levels shoot up. Discipline is required majorly.

Agree, seeing diabetes is a disease most common among over-weight individuals.
