Do you take it regularly or for special situations?

Valium is an anti-anxiety drug. I am nervous about medical things, so I took it before my root canal and before I had my wisdom teeth taken out. So do you take it on a regular basis or only for certain circumstances like me?

I don't take Valium on a regular basis because I don't have the prescriptin to buy it. And I don't know a doctor's basis for prescribing it, hence, I can't fake my symptoms. Although from time to time, someone would get his hands on some Vs and share it to us and we'd take it just for the kicks.
