I am thinking about starting a PTC site.

I am looking for any advice or tips on this matter. What do you like to see in PTC sites? What don't you like?
If you have started a PTC site, or thought about it, share your experience. I am feeling motivated tonight, so if I seem to get enough opinions and support, I think I could have it up and running by this weekend.
Would you want to advertise on my PTC? I plan on selling really cheap "real estate" as well as a small number of hits, just because I have thought about getting some advertising in the past, but most of the packages are for large numbers of hits, and I am not ready to invest in so many hits. I would rather get a few, and see what happens from there. And I feel like a lot of people hesitate to get advertising for that same reason.
I would also be looking for someone to help me out with running the site, so if that interests you, drop me a line and we could see if we could work together.

there are a billion of them out there that new buxhost site basically makes it as easy as typing

Hm. That looks great, but if I went through that site it would cost about 24 dollars more than if I created the whole thing myself. Although, I might look into that sometime soon. I am really broke right now and trying to come up with my rent money, so I can't spare that 24 dollars! But thank you! That site will definitely come in handy once I am caught up in my finances!
