I know we're still in the summer season, but here in South Texas, our summer started in April 2009 and today is August 21 where the Current temperature is 97* and in the 100's next 8 days. We have had about 60 days non-stop triple digit temperature and little or no rain. Even the reptiles are out looking for water around here.
What has your weather been like lately?

Today in New Mexico up in the northern part of the state it was up to 92 degrees. Its so hot you can't even sit outside and enjoy it. I don't remember it being this hot last year. I can't wait for a good rainstorm. I miss rain so much. If it rained then it would cool everything down a bit.

Its also pretty hot even though its no where near as hot as you. I dont know the exact weather but its probably about 80 degrees or 90 degrees somewhere there. So its been pretty hot but not as bad as some summers where it reached 102 for a few days.

It's been raining here in Manila since the start of the second half of the year. Too much rain pouring down hard cause severe flooding in the Metro. There are lots of roads that at not passable due to flooding.

It's not summer here in the Philippines but it's like 91 in here. It is supposed to be getting cold in here but it's really humid and hot especially if it's day time.

we have definately been having really high temp here in maine..way up i the ninties everyday. I know this doesn't match your 100 degree temps there, but it feels sooo hot. I used to live in nebraska and it wasn't unisial for us to go for a week or so with high temps over 100 degrees per day...and though that was hot, it felt like nothing compated to the mere 90 degree temps here, as we have a MUCH higher humidity level and that just makes it feel sticky and damp and makes you unable to cool yourself.
Though just tonight the temps finaly broke, we actully just got done having a HUGE storm system pass through...we even had a couple of tornados touch down in the near by area. Now..tornados in maine are nothing compared to the twisters we got in nebraska and i am sure you have experienced in texas, but it is still scary.
It is so funny, i have lived in maine for 10 years now, and just recently i finly got to the point where when a huge storm was coming in and the sky was getting all purply dark in the middle of the afternoon, that i wasn't eager to be home and near my basement! (tornados scared the bejeezus outta me back home)...but i guess i should let myself get too comfortable, weven though they are very rare here!

The weather has cooled off some, up here. I took my jacket with me, because it's cool sitting in the shade. I think it was about 20 degrees celcius today, but at the cafe patio where I like to sit and have my coffee, it's usually a few degrees cooler, and rather windy.

My niece said she saw the temperature yesterday in town, and it said 107. I knew it was really hot yesterday evening, but didn't realize it was that hot.
