^_^ Yes, I do experience it sometimes especially if there's alot of things on mind. But even though I experience it, I can still accomplish my responsibilities diligently. Infact, I feel weak and more sleep during the day if I have enough sleep at night and feel more energetic during the day if I don't.

Yes, almost all the time. In fact, right now it's about 5 in the morning and I haven't went to sleep yet. My mind is almost always active & that really is the main problem. I have way more on my mind then most people. Thus, I have a lot harder time sleeping!

Honestly, in the past I was a great sleeper. Once I lay down I pass out. However, the past 3 years have been hell in regards to sleep. I've had some nights that I sleep like a baby, but nights like tonight, and many more in the past I cant seem to fall asleep. I think depression and frustration with certain things one cannot change are a main cause, in other caces is because Im out until late and sleep in...

I do have trouble sleeping. I find my mind cannot relax I tend to think about things that have happen throughout the day or if I am trying to sort out a problem. The only way I fall asleep is if I am both mentally and physicaly worn out.

I have suffered with insomnia for the past 4 years, although it has always taken me a while to fall asleep. As a child, it usually took me about an hour to fall off. Now it takes longer, and some nights I get very little sleep. I don't know what the problem is. I do tend to be someone who over-analyzes everything, so I think that may sometimes be the problem. But many nights, I am tired and I just can't fall off. The time I am able to fall asleep changes every night so maybe my circadian sleep cycle runs longer than 24 hours. I just wish there was more known about sleeping problems and how to help them. So very little is known.
