I don't know how it happened but I was responding to a discussion and wanted to to type in the movie name Drag me to Hell but suddenly I had forgotten how to spell drag. I even tried sounding it out but I just couldn't get it. It was driving me crazy so finally I had to google the actor's name to find out how to spell that word. When I did find it, I felt so stupid so needing to look it up. Has this ever happened to you.

Hey anime! I am lmao! I thought it was only me! I forget the
simplest words all the time lately! I thought it was just
me having "brain fog"! I don't know why it happens, but it
can be such a simple word and I will draw a complete blank,
much like you did! It is crazy! I was such a great speller
when I was in school! Now I have such a terrible problem with
such simple words! Thanks for making me feel so much better!

Spelling Bees offer hard words to test the spellers so no one can blame you for getting it wrong. I'm not a good speller at all. I abuse the grammar and spelling check on Microsoft :) Thanks for your response.

Yes, actually.
It happens to me whenever I am extremely stressed.

I can see it happening when someone is stressed but I was completely calm, just responding to discussions. Maybe I just lost my mind for a minute. Thanks for your response

That's the same for me. I don't notice is but I haven't used the word drag in writing for awhile. The sad thing is I wasn't even able to come up with the closest thing. I don't know what happened but I couldn't figure out it began with a D.
I know how stupid it sounds. Thanks for your response
