Why do I always cave in to chocolate around that time of month??

I've always had a sweet tooth and have eaten unhealthily. But about a month ago I really decided to change my life around. I've been eating incredibly healthily and excersizing, the whole bit. But whenever that time of month comes around I completely cave in and my good eating habbits disappear for a couple days. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else?

That happens to me all the time. Even though I'm on birth control I still get those irritating cravings! A few months back I too decided to get healthy and lose some weight, because I seriously feel I need it. [I just want my BMI back in the normal zone] I use portion control, I eat more fruits and veggies, and less fried, fatty foods. I try to exercise at least once a day. So when those cravings come I have a hard time avoiding them! I usually give in, but I remember my portion control habit and take out a small portion of what I'm craving to eat. That way I still get my sweets without going overboard.

It's prettyyyy common. hormones are going crazy around that time of the month and chocolate is one of the common things that women go for. Im not completey sure why but it is something that happens to ALOT of us :] dont worry, you're not alone. plus, a little chocolate a day is good for you... like the size of a chocolate kiss :] its hleps with heart disease =]

Hello, If I love something very much then I will eat them like months and months until im sick of it, then I will stop. Just like right now, I love to eat Boba ball with milk tea.(boba tea) and I have been eating this for like 3 months now... I eat them everyday.
