When I have a rough day I usually like to listen to alternative rock like Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Disturbed, Godsmack, etc. But sometimes I'll be really into girly light hearted music to cheer me up. What kind of music helps you cope when you've had a bad day?

Ahh to vent you need fast and pounding where you can shout it out, my three venting artists would have to be Bullet for my Valentine, Atreyu, And Sum 41. I know Sum 41 doesn't really scream but no reason gets me to loosen up everytime. There are a lot oters though too like Chevelle and Rise Against

When I'm having a hard time, I like listening to hip hop and R&B. The song Stronger by Kayne West has made me feel better on multiple occasions and my mood always improves when I find a good Akon song.
