How to put up a display pic?

So I already uploaded a picture but I can't seem to figure out how to put make it my display pic. Can anyone help me please? Thanks :)

As Mike says, you do it under "avatar." Make sure your pic is the right size, though. If nothing gets changed, try resizing it (generally, quite a bit smaller)
