Hi, everyone. Last night when I'm traying to rest it took me hours to find my most comfortable sleeping position, my mind is so active that gives me hard time to sleep. Later, when I realized that something is missing, my stuff toy. Hugging my teddy bear is the only thing that makes me sleep. Any sleeping position will do as long as my teddy is with me. How about you guys? what is your most comfortable sleeping position? are you the type of person that can't sleep if their one leg or arm hanginng on the bed? (my cousin love that position) or you like to be surrounded by pillows? Love to hear your experience.I've seen my cousins sleeping in different positions and it's so funny. They rotate so fast like a wall clock. Once i slept with them, I wake up with bruises.

I start out curled up on my left for a few minutes and then curl to my right. Then I don't move much. My son on the other hand moves around like crazy, to the point of ending up with his feet at the head of the bed occasionally. When he's fallen asleep in my bed I usually end up getting elbowed in the eye.

Ouch! that hurts! I think most of us experineced and use to be like like them, what do you think? As I remember when I was a little my sisters always complaining that I move often and they've been elbowed also. That is why they requested to buy another one bed for me. Thanks for sharing, Sehlers.

I start out on my left side with legs bent and the right leg and foot on top of the left leg and foot. Then later I will turn onto to my right side with left leg on top of my right leg and my left foot on the bed sort of behind my right heal. I may switch back and forth a few times during the night. My arms and hands are toward my chest with my fingers curled.

My most comfortable sleeping position is sleeping side ways hugging a pillow and having my head on a pillow. I love doing it. I also like to sleep with a blanket on even if it is kind of hot. It gives a lot of security feeling and feels that I am sleeping in the hands of my mother.

Like a sleeping child, huh? Does your mother rotate your head on the side every hour to avoid head deformities? your mommust be watching you the whole night kidding. Well, earlier i woke up with that position but still hugging my teddy bear. I had a sound sleep. Thanks for the share, shally.

I used to be like them but since we moved to a smaller place and most often I sleep in my mums room I'm become much concious when it comes to sleeping position because my little brother kicked and elbowed me unconciously most of the time.

I have also a cousin who sleep with the eye open..lolz.. I thought it just in the movie but when I see him sleep with his eyes open..I just cant stop laughing..lolz

i sleep on my side both for my breathing and because of my knees. i usually stuff a pillow into my back to make it really comfy. my mom sleeps on her stomach! i don't know how she can do that! i sure cannot!

I am always comfortable sleeping on my stomach. But one thing I find is whenever I am really tired of the day I can sleep anywhere and in any position. Maybe not an eight hour sleep but even a two hour sleep does quite a lot of good to recharge and get going.

I'm really hard to sleep. When I'm really tired it's easy, but when I'm not, I just move around the bed a million times, searching for one position to trigger my sleep. Usually, the one that works more often is with my belly down, legs spread freely, with one of my hands under the pillow.

As far as sleeping is concerned, theres only one way for me, with my back to my boyfriend. I've already explained to him that its nothing personal, its just I like to have something secure behind me. I have tried and tried to fall asleep hugging him or facing him and its impossible. Once I feel that Im falling asleep I turn around and face towards the edge of the bed, I just need to always looks towards the area that I am not sure what will be there. Who knows maybe I have some deep dark experience that I've blocked out...who knows...

I always sleep on my side. That is my most comfortable position. Sometimes I will wake up on my back but then I flip back over to my side. I have to have my husband in the bed with me because if I don't I can't sleep that good. I think I'm just used to having him in the bed with me. If he goes out of town for work then I toss and turn all night and just cannot sleep very well.

I sleep flat on my back. I hardly move at all all night. There's a reason for that. I used to stay in a hostel and they provided us with bunk bed. The bed on above had no railing to stop the one who sleep on it from falling down. So either you sleep properly or you'll be lying on the floor without knowing it (that did happen to my friend) Even after leaving the hostel, I was used to the sleeping habit that I couldn't change it.

My most comfortable sleeping position is laying on my stomach with my head to the left. I have always loved to sleep on my stomach so i hated that i could not when i was pregnant and i had to sleep on my side. When sleeping on my stomach i have to lay at a little raised angle because i have big booba so they can get squashed and uncomfy

Well I always go to sleep in the fetal position (curled in a small ball), but i alway wake up sleeping on my back face up. I guess I must slowly unfurl while I sleep :)

I have the same problem as you simonelee. I have trouble trying to fall asleep because I constantly keep thinking about things. Normally I find it easier to fall asleep when I lie on my side, preferably my left side. I am not really comfortable sleeping on my back for some reason.

My most comfortable sleeping position is with my arms around my husband cuddling to his back. This past week has sucked because I couldn't sleep that way. I've had a cold and been coughing all night. Wouldn't wanna keep him up so I been sleeping at a distance. Sigh.
