requital I can garauntee that eating pineapples will not turn your teeth yellow. However, the acidity in the pineapple may cause acid erosion, so brush your teeth like they said! Tomatoes are great full of anitoxidants and so are avocadoes.

requital I would try to practice reading at a faster level than you are comfortable. Even if you do not fully understand each sentence, keep going and you may improve. Other than this you can simply read more, which should help you pick up words faster. Good luck!
