I am greatly inspired by a person...a person whom I see everyday in my mirror...One who reflects myself...I AM my inspiration and I am proud to say this...

I met a community of nuns back in 1990. I was wanting to grow spiritually, I had just joined my church and wanted to keep learning and growing. I saw them come to church a few times and was drawn to them. The had something...a peace and contentment and I sensed their closeness to God and their spirituality was almost something you could feel and see! I wanted to get to know them so I made friends with some of them. A couple of them have given me great guidance and help over these past years and they remain friends and spiritual buddies! A real gift from God!

Stephen King. I grew up near where he lived and went to the same school as one of his kids. We come from the same place, the same mill town. He was broke, struggling to make ends meet, working a crappy mill job to support his family but he never gave up his dream. And he got that one break and went on to become an amazing author. When he was crippled in an accident, he didn't give up. He fought and he got back on his feet and back to writing. I'm struggling to make ends meet myself, and I was in a crippling accident, but I'm not about to give up either.

Well it's a combo of two people really. My grandmother and my oldest brother. My grand mother was a pistol, never took any thing off any one. My brother was a big teddy bear. Huge heart and just a loving person. I try hard to live like my brother did, be kind, sweet and considerate of others, but I keep grand ma in mind so I don't get walked over or pushed around. I think it's a really cool mix.
