I have only bought one or twice when I was legally to do so - 18 years old, I didn't win (I know, only 2 times try) but it was good enough for me, I thought if I need to pay 20 dollars(HK currency) each week for the lottery, why don't I save it up everytime when I want to buy it, so it adds me to be something in the future! I don't think I am that kind of lucky person will hit big like that so saving will be a better idea for me!
When I hear whoever else wins it, I was like "How the heck can they do that? What would they do with it? SO LUCKY!!!"

I like to play the lottery, but i do not put more than a dollar or two into it a week, I have never hit the big jackpot, but i have won smaller amounts. the way i think is someone has to win, maybe someday it will be me, and you can't win if you do not play.

i never seem to get to the type of places that sell lottery tickets much and i never seem to have any extra cash that i can waste on such things. i do buy one from time to time and i used to buy them regularly but to no avail.

I am always buying lottery tickets, but now I do them online, you set up a direct debit and you can play online, which is better because I don't have to keep remembering to buy my tickets, it's all done automatically each month, they even check your numbers for you, and if you win you get a lovely email telling you that you've won and your money will be sent into your bank account. I always look forward to receiving emails! I have had a few wins, but nothing big sadly, well I hope one day maybe! I will be very lucky.

Yes the people that win are so lucky. I bought a couple of times and didnt win.But I never win anything, I am so unlucky. I could spend all my money on the lottery and still would'nt win a thing. I have better things to do with my money, like pay bills lol

Yes, I buy lottery ticket once in a while. Just one ticket at a time. Not many tickets. I have won some small prizes. So, like you, why should I be wasting money buying many tickets. I know I am not that lucky to win big prizes. So, no point wasting money, right ?

I never have tried purchasing one ticket coz honestly, I don't understand how it works. And I just heard the news a couple of days ago, the jackpot in italy was already hit by one lucky buyer.. Its the biggest jackpot ever recorded.

no. i even haven't participate in any kind of lottery. i never buy any lottery. because it's prohibited in my country, especially my religion.
But I think lottery is fun. It's full of gambling and fortune is the important things. Let's the luck talk, mate :D

I think it is fun to gamble once in a while, just don't get addicted into it.

One of the things I'm looking forward to doing when I turn eighteen is buying the lottery. I know the chance of winning anything is slim and close to zero but it is fun to have the chance to become a millionaire. I have to wait for about a month before becoming a millionaire. Maybe you can buy a lottery only every once in awhile. A few dollars for a hope isn't bad. Good luck

You are wise to not spend your hard earn money on lottery tickets. I used to buy them often. Now as I look back on that, I think of all the money I spent and if I would have saved that money how much money I would have. I never did get back all the money that I gave away buying these tickets.

I never tried my luck on this thing or any form of gambling because most often than not there were lots of losses happened than winning....therefor why I would try?

I used to play the lottery before. I must have played in regularly for around one year. I did win once or twice, but each time I never won more than £10. In the end I actually couldn't afford to keep playing and haven't played for around 2 or 3 years. I don't think there is much point as the chances of winning the jackpot are so low.

money earned fast will also go away fast. Thinking of trying your luck is not bad. but wasting a lot of money and time on it will do no good to you. So save your money and focus on your dreams and trust God. He has certainly kept a hidden treasure for you some where in future. Take care.
