will you prefer to do laundry or Dishwashing if you have a choice to choose one from the two daily chores of your life. i am having a washing machine that is fully automatic and a dryer also. so there i have to do nothing. just to put clothes, washing powder and switch it on. then the clothes are washed and i have to put them in the dryer to make them dry super dry. in the machine also they come more than eighty five percent dry. no feeling of wetness, but in dryer it is absolutely dry. washing the dishes , i have to do all on my own. but my hubby sometimes helps me in it.

I dfinitely prefer doing the laundry. I don't like gettting dirty so I'm usually tryng not to get sick when doing the dishes. The kids leave everything on theiir plate and never rinse them off or put leftovers in the garbage. so it's all gross and slimy by the time I get to it. ick. But that's life and part of the job of mothers. Laundry is easy and I only have to fold me and my husband's clothes since I make the kids do their own!

hi dear your kids anre like people of my family. they never clear the plates before putting them in the sink and i just hate that. thanks GOD that i am having a servant to do the dishes and when she is on a leave my temper is full day high. my hubby says that my mercury can explode anytime if someone disturbs or bring more dishes to clean when i am almost done . my hubby always helps me in these things.

Im not the biggest fan of unloading the dishwasher at all and that job is just no fun at all but then either is doing the laundry. I would rather do the laundry then do the dishes because it doesn't require much bending down and taking things out that are hot and you burn your hands and what not. Since i was about 13 or 14 i have had a interest to do the laundry and have always done the laundry since then around home and it doesn't bother me at all to do the laundry i think it is one of my favorite chores to do actually. We do hang up a lot of clothes on the clothes line on the back porch because then we aren't using the dryer so much to dry clothes and wasting the electric so then you wont be wasting so much money on running the electricity all the time. If they seem a bit crunchy of course we will run the dryer for around 10 minutes to not have them so wrinkled and crunchy feeling.

thanks for the response lolo . i also wash many clothes on my own myself and not in the machine . but then too, washing is no one of my favourite chores. cooking then can be one of my fav. i love to do that. i am washing clothes by hands since childhood becasue many clothes that need to be washed at once like my daughter spills something , then i dont put that in my machine, i go and wash that on my own. but i never liked washing dishes so i have a servant for that. clothes i then can do myself. but dishes i dont like. then too i have to do some beasue i cant give too much to the servant also otherwise she will run away the other day, lol. so i have to take care of that too.

This is a very easy choice for me. I will choose to do the housework of laundry. As I think it is quite boring to wash the dishes. Whereas I just need to put all the clothes into the washing machine and it will wash the clothes automatically. It is easy. I love China

I haven't had to wash my clothes by hand yet and I'm afraid to even think of such a chore. I would rather have a laundry over a dishwasher any day. I know that washers and dryers actually clean the clothes but I do't know how well a dish washer can clean off dishes, besides I know you ahve to rinse off any of the big stuff and even then it would jsut be worth actually washing the dishes by hand. I preferr it that way. cause I don't have to blame a machine for any mistakes. I could just blame it on my self, tell myself to do better and get on with life lol.

thanks for the response dear. yaa, i laso believe that dish washer is not a good option in washing dishing because you dont knw how clean will it wash and then many things can be broken also and it is a task all in all. so i also think that washing or cleaning the dishes by hands are yet more easy than doing washing by hands

I prefer dish-washing as it is easier and faster...I don't like to delay and I don't like to wait and I prefer to do things in an instant and get over with life.If only that there was one less option to do.I am a guy though...Just feel like expressing my opinion. No harm done.

I hate washing the dishes. I am known to let them pile up and then pack them up to take over to my parent's to wash in their dishwasher the weekends that I take care of my brother. Laundry I do not mind doing at all.

Hi aweins, I would be totally lost without my washing machine, the days of hand washing are long gone for me as I did it for long enough before I could afford my own washing machine. I find washing up a total pain, it's the worst thing about cooking, but I wouldn't bother with a dishwasher even if I had one. There was one in my last home and I hardly used it, by the time you've rinsed everything to put in you might as well just have washed it all by hand.

It is good , but i like to wash clothes be myself. Just i like the processing. And i can wash them clearer than machine. Of course most of time i would use machine to wash clothes.

I'd prefer dishwashing. It's much faster to do and requires less effort.

Well, i live away from my parents now. So i do everything on my own. But i can't stand those laundry thing. It just so fully-energic-activity (thats what i called it ^_^v). So, i go to the the laundry service, put down all of my dirty clothes (but not including my underwears), wait couple day and ABRAKADABRA.... there goes my clothes in a plastic bag and of course it's fully clean. I'd rather do the dishwashing. Because for me its more simple than the laundry.

No brainer on this one. The laundry. With dishes there are some things you have to do by hand and really disgusting stuff too. Then you have to dry and put everything away. With laundry, you put the stuff in, pour in the detergent or whatever, turn it on, and then go on to do something else like play video games while you wait. Then you either hang them out to dry or put them in the dryer. Pretty simple.

I personally prefer dishes, and I also wash by hand. I have some kind of issue with laundry. I have a bad habit of forgetting about the laundry then i end wasting time re-washing the load.

If I had to do both manually, I would choose doing the dishes I find it hard to wash clothes because usually you have to wash them in a squatting position. (at least that's how our helper used to do it) It's pretty hard for the back to be sitting in that position in the whole duration of washing those clothes. I also think that the dishwashing liquid is usually a lot more mild than the detergent bars or powders used for washing clothes.

I have a dishwasher so I think I would rather run the dishwasher than do laundry. My washer and dryer are in the basement and so I have to carry laundry up to the second floor to put it all away. My husband helps with laundry and dishes.

Hi there! I prefer laundry as we also have a fully automatic washing machine, clothes are washed and dried though still it's a bit damp and needs to be hanged. Dishwashing I have to do it myself. Actually I don't have any choice, I do everything at home if my husband is not on the mood to help me out. Good Day!

I haven't washed my clothes by hand that much. I just use the Washing Machine to wash my clothes. I have to wash the dishes by hand since I don't have a Dishwasher machine in my home. I would prefer the Laundry because its more easier. lol.

Well, Good for you coz you got a fully automatic wash machine. But for those who have no fully auto wash machine, like me I'll go for the dishes. although its a daily chors its not as tiring and exhausted as laundry. :p
