1. Stop eating fast foods 2. Don't watch TV of read a newspaper while you are eating 3. Eat less 4. Eat vegetables and fruits 5. Don't eat red meats . White meats is favorable 6. Replace the white bread with full grains bread 7. Diet without sport wouldn't change your weight so practicing sports will help you so much. Now tell me the tips you have about controlling weight

This is great advice. Don't forget to drink lots of water everyday. Water is such an important part of our diet, people tend to forget that one.

Thanks for the tips. Here's a few that works well for me: 1. Keep healthy snacks around the house so you would have something to munch on while watching TV or surfing the internet so you wouldn't be tempted to eat junk food 2. Creamy sauce are usually high in calories 3. Not all oil and fats are bad. Fish oil and olive oil helps weight lost 4. Stand while watching TV instead of sitting And also a fun fact: Eating celery has no calories since chewing celery consume more calories than it provides

have a naturaly high metabulism like mine that allows me to eat what i want when i want and never gain anything
