Ohhh I hate spiders. I think I just don't like creatures with more than 4 appendages. They look so unnatural!! I once had a huge spider the size of my palm (granted I was 8 at the time) lurking over my bedroom door but not descending or moving or anything. My sister and I cried and huddled in our bed the whole time and didn't know how to get out because we were afraid it would fall on us as we were exiting. We waited until someone came back to the house to help us.
It's too bad so many of us are scared of spiders. They actually are good for bug haters since they eat other bugs. I know it only helps logically but not when you're in their presence. Good luck with yours!

Awwww! You must have been so scared! I remember picking something up that had been on our stairs for about a week and there was about 4 massive spiders under it that all came running at me lol, i just screamed and ran away. I was about 9 or 10 then i think.
Yeah they are probably perfectly nice creatures and we just all have this irrational fear of them. The ones that can kill you i think we have perfectly good reason to be affraid of but the ones that cant - there not actually going to do us any harm. Poor spiders lol.
Thank you aswell, its dissapeared now on the other side of my room, makes me more nervous because now i cant see where it is! it could be anywhere!

haha, that sounds funny but so scary!! Im glad she didnt actually pick it up! Apparently the other day downstairs in my house there was a really massive spider. I wasnt down there but i just heard everyone screaming lol, even my mum who likes spiders! We have two dogs aswell who stayed away from it lol

A spider the size of your palm??? I would freak out soo much if I were in your shoes!! I know this one time my little sister almost accidently picked up a turantula about the size of a matchbox car! she was really little and my Dad pointed to the spider (thinking it was her little matchbox car) and was like "Go play with your toy." My sister almsot picked it up and then screamed and my Dad saw it move. lol and then it got lost under my Mom's cerio cabnet. My Dad was like "Don't tell your mother what just happened" as my Mom rounded the corner demanding to know what did happen. And of course she had to move the cabnet at the moment to find it. It even freaked my Dad out. lol.

Omg I hate them, I hate them, I HATE them! I am soo scared of spiders! I don't care if its super small or super big they all need to DIE!!!! Seriously. If I were in your shoes I would be A) calling whoever was home with me to take care of it. or B) Have a long and terrifying epic battle that ends in the spiders demise!

Oh no! If I were in your shoes I wouldn't be able to sleep in that room until I found it. The last thing I would want is to wake up to it walking across my face or something. lol.

I have nothing against spiders. I've never been bitten by any of them, and they do a good job by catching all sorts of insects (like the flies and mosquitoes that get inside). That's why I only kill spiders if they get very big, like around 4 cm in diameter...

Yeah i guess they do some good. But theres just something about them... i cant explain it lol! Im a bit random though, sometimes i'll think they are quite cute and others i will be running away screaming lol! Definatly depends on the size and area for me. My bedroom and spiders should not mix!! I hate the thought of them crawling all over me when im sleeping or something! ewwww!

I am not a fan of any type of spiders and i hate them all. I an a clean freak and always am cleaning as i know spiders come when there is a lot of dust around. If i was you i would be swiffering my walls to make sure there isn't any spider webs along the walls that you can't see. Usually when i see a spider in my house its in the bath tub and i don't know why they like my bathroom but they do and i seem to keep it clean but maybe there coming through the pipes but who really knows anyways.

well, next time if u saw any spider, scorpion, frog, snake or others living thing they actually cost quite much in the market. if you have do some research. you'll know how much the quality for these ugly thing. =) so? try to catch them every time you saw them. and get to know what type is the species. then u can try to post it at any website that are selling pets. Earn some money from those ugly thing... enjoy.

I love spiders. I have 2 living in my bathroom at the moment. I often have to rescue some from the bath or sink too. They have a very bad press but are great for eating pests like flies and are mostly harmless. People should remember that larger spiders are less dangerous. They don't need venom to kill their prey, unlike a lot of smaller spiders.
