So 40 is the magic age

Mr. Bytemi turned 40 a week ago. Up until yesterday we have both always listened to Hot 99.5 in the morning on our way to work and on the way home. Yesterday he told me that he kept having to turn the station when the music came on because he hated it. That confused me a little, he liked it before, we would actually talk about the music, I still like the music, the kids like the music, now he doesn't. I always wondered at what point parents started hating the music their kids listen too and I guess I have the answer now it is 40. Thank God I have 6 more years before I start disliking the kids music. What do you think, do you like the same music as your childern? At what age did that stop?
