I've have been working very hard, for the past three weeks, trying to loose weight. I run/walk at least 30 min every morning. I have been eating pretty health (I have cheated a few times) and I have done a 7 day colon cleanse. I have only lost 3 lbs! This is extremely frustrating and I want to give up but I am sick of being overweight. I need to loose 25 lbs. Any advice out there and what else I can be doing or any supplements that I can be taking to help me in this?

I think you are doing just fine! It´s one pound per week. In 25 weeks you´ll reach your goal. Beside, After a while, the stomach learns to eat less.
I´m very happy with myself because I shed 8 pounds in 4 months. It meant one size less in pants.
Think posotove and you´ll get there!

Don't get frustrated. 3-lbs is a good number. And because of that, all the more that you should strive to work on your weight goal. I won't tell you that losing weight is easy. The road to getting thin is tough so one really has to focus and have the discipline. The formula is always regular exercise + healthy eating. You need to have patience dear.Ü
It's all about calorie in and calories out. One main reason why we gain weight is because we don't move much and we have high calorie intake. I won't reco crash diets and diet pills. Really, it's a change of lifestyle. If you'd take interest, you might want to check my blog. I share things about my weight loss efforts. Goodluck and keep us posted.Ü

You shouldn't try to get rid of too much weight too quickly..Let your body get used to the drop so your skin can adjust.. a pound a week is good going! Just keep up your diet and exercise program, and the rest will follow..drink plenty fluids too..good Luck!

It is hard to lose weight if you have many temptation around you. I'm also tried to lose weight for a year but it is a failure. My weight is not permanent and everytime I'm losed weight I gain it again afterwards. I tried to exercise 4 times a week but for 2 weeks now I stop exercising because I'm very busy doing household chores.
