hey every one have u heard about word om.its the best word in hindu mythology.
if u r depressed just speak om in continous manner for 10 minutes u will feel pain free and have immense power and energy...
hinduism is the best religion in world..
but being secular helps

I know there is some power in the word Om. Whenever I pray I always add Om, like Om Namsivaya, Om Namo Narayana, like that. I will certainly try your adivice, when I am depressed.

OM has a thousand meanings, and it is indeed the best word.
i have experiended the goodness of OM, and have really profited by it.
Hindus are definetely a bleesed community to have this OM.
I request all religions to accept OM and get immense of power, energy, happiness, calmness, etc.

yes my friend u r right OM is the most purest and sacred word among all the words. Lord KRISHNA said in GITA he is the word OM. OM is written as AUM means three letters mean our Three GODS i.e Brahma, Vishnu and Siva. And ya hindu is lso the best religion because it is the only religion who has seen god in a perfect manner.
