If somebody’s google adsense account is disabled, I have heard that it is gone for ever and google will never allow the person to open a new adsense account. Is it true? Is there any way known to you for revival of the disabled...

mssthirdeye mine is also the same case, i tried to do as they had informed me, but still the accont say its disabled. some one had mailed me he can change it but for a fee, i thought it was a cheating one and did not go further. anybody tried it
