mine is also the same case, i tried to do as they had informed me, but still the accont say its disabled. some one had mailed me he can change it but for a fee, i thought it was a cheating one and did not go further. anybody tried it

I had mine disabled for something that I did not do and when I asked for them to remove the block they stated they could not do that. As far as I know, they will not allow you to have another account, since you have to give your social for tax reasons. I know of several others who had this happen to them as well, and we were all with in a few cents of cashing out, so I dont know how much I would trust them now.

I think it is not , you can make a resubmission , just you have to make some corrections and submit them again , the main mistake everyone used to do is their name .
