Help Me Please - I got my lastest MRI and I don't know what it means

I had my yearly MRI today and it states on the scan that an Apparent Diffusion Coeffient on this scan. Can anyone tell me what this means? I have never recieved this before. I have MS so the lesions in my spine I expected, I just don't know what this is. Help please.

I have lessons on my spine but I have never heard of this myself.I wish I did know what that means.I just know that they are on the lower part of my spine.

Mine are at the base of my neck, explains the numbness. The only reference I can find to it on the internet states that it is caused by a stroke and I know that I have not had a stroke.
