Online Friendship - Treasure them

I hope this is not happening but I think I might have just lost a friend whom I got to know not too long ago. It must have been something which I've said, but honestly speaking, my discussion topics are general, not targeted at any specific individual. This possible loss has taught me something important about online friendship.
Firstly, be sensitive to them. Our online friends are sometimes busy so they can't go online all the time, so it's not appropriate to keep bugging them and telling them to go online. Doing so would agitate them.
Secondly, respect their wishes. Almost all our online friends have blogs. Respect their blog contents; if you wish to leave a comment in their blogs, do so without using hurtful words.
Thirdly, choose words carefully when you write whether in MyLot, in their blogs or when you chat with them online. Because we're unable to see each others' faces, certain words that appear harmless to us is really dreadful to our online friends.
Treasure your friends - online or not online. Once they leave you for good, you may not get them back even if you cried blood.

Dear kev,
I just response to one topic of discussion about
some 'arrows'....and I was just wondering where the
arrows come from? Look like my Questions are answered.
I think this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE!
It is purely a MISUNDERSTANDING, PLS RECONCILE, because
I do not want to lose anyone of you, we are partnering well all
the while! So, since you treasure this friendship, so do I, DO
SOMETHING ABOUT IT, I saw your public apology, a good move...
I will try to advise the other side too :)
I totally agree on what you say above...Thanks for advising,
we should be more tactful and thoughtful in what we say..
All the best and take care...

friends are hard to come by.. and we just got to treasure everyone of them..
as for me, I am glad that I have friends and family that walk me through the difficult path over the last 1 year and able to stand on my own feet as soon as possible...
after I started a blog, I gain lots more virtual friends, and so far, I am glad that even how sharp can my words, I never ever use them to hurt my friends whether online or not.. my sharp words are meant for those that not meant to be treated nice..
although I have friends that come and go, for better or worse, I think everyone will have their choice of their path, and since they feel that way will be better, it's a decision to be respect.. however, don't ever want to betray me or else I be very very upset..
