I think you dont need credit card for mylot. not sure for paypal it's needed or not to receive money.

Nope no credit card which is good, just paypal or i am told you can be paid by cheque but they take $5 from your earnings to send the cheque

No, you don't. You need only a paypal account.

No, not for mylot. Like the person before me said you only need a paypal account, which you will need a bank account to get your paypal account verified.
