angel_1202 Medically, it's perfectly alright- breast milk has plenty of nutrients and is good for babies. Just personally, I think I'd cut it at 2 years max for feeding directly from the breast. Just my take on it- everybody's different, and so if a child is still...

angel_1202 If I were you, I'd adopt the child and keep it in the family. You and your wife want to adopt, and she's your niece after all. If your sister is willing to give the child up for adoption after 2 years, I doubt she'll want the child back.
