it took me many years to finally achieve my desired weight. and what i have achieved now is more than my goal. since i dont want to get too thin and i dont want to go back to my usual weight, maintaining weight is very hard for me to do. it may either that i gain or lose.....
i know i know we can always google but i want some real life experiences. not that im saying that the results in google arent true, but i want some interaction wherein i can ask question if theres any rather than simply read an article online..
so any tips and advices that really really works?

If you could achieve your desired weight, it is very probable that you know unconciously what is right and what is wrong for your body. Not everyone has the same needs. If you are getting a little too thin, then a a bit more of what you like. Do it the other way is you are gaining more than you should. I follow my panés advise. If my pants start getting tight, it´s time to eat a bit less.
Happy posting and luck!

I guess the best way is to keep exercising, and do not have food binges. Actually, I'd really like to know some tips myself, as I can only tell you what not to do. I've lost some weight myself, but after a while I've become sort of complacent. I stopped exercising, and would binge on junk food from time to time. I didn't gain all the weight back, but I think I've gained about 2 kilos, so right now I'm back to watching what I eat and exercising.

i don't have food binges though coz i eat mini meals every day. it doesnt matter how many mini meals i ate, as long as they are the right amount and portion..the only problem is the exercise part. i hardly do that lately...its difficult to fit in my schedule.. i used to do belly dancing and aerobics combined with yoga.. goodluck to us, hope ull get ur desired weight too mymelodake :)

Hi,there!Truly,it's one of the hardest part to manage the weight effectively. However, the easiest way is to cut back on food intake and combine cardiovascular workout with resistance training. If that's not possible do a brisk walk everyday. So,I hope it might works for you and credibly would not produce side effects to your body system,it's a healthy tips.

agree!! maintaining weight is very difficult LOL...but yes i did continue cutting back my food intake...but i rarely do the workouts and exercise anymore..so i just opt on using my daily activities as a form of exercise like as uve suggested, use the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator, walk briskly while shopping or walk instead of using the car or riding the bus. thanks for the tip reemshine :)

hi there,
i used to weigh 110-112-118 lbs. i am underweight in relation to my height..but for 3 years now, from 128lbs which was my heaviest ever, i maintained it on a 124 lbs. for a year now. just exactly the weight according to my height(5'6")...i just learn to control my diet by not depriving myself. i walk everyday, do some dance moves too..and i also stay away from too much carbohydrates.
