Best Radar Detector

I want to get my boyfriend a radar detector for Christmas but I don't know what is the best. Does anyone have any suggestions? Price doesn't matter right now. THank you.

cobra 11-band radar/laser detector. It retails for about $100. Is a good brand for these things.
