Tampons or Pads

Which do you use/prefer and why. I prefer tampons, they are so much more comfortable even though there are health risks involved.

lhsgrad2000 I prefer tampons. I usually use pads only when sleeping. I really don't like using them at all because I feel like I am going to leak out at any minute and I don't like feeling like I am wearing a diaper.
